We work with owner-managers or executives in larger companies to improve the performance of the business. We prefer to work as part of a team and to actually implement the agreed solution and so make a positive impact on the bottom line as soon as possible.
An initial meeting takes place without any obligation on behalf of the client. This will focus on finding out about the key issues facing the business and potential opportunities, both internally and externally. If appropriate, we will then provide a proposal on how we suggest moving forward. Our experience of real day to day operational work as well as managing client projects gives Consulting Plus the ability to propose and implement relevant work programmes that will give the client real benefits on the bottom line.
With smaller businesses, typically with no specialist marketing resources, we can provide a regular input from a sales/marketing perspective. This input would keep the business moving forward by proposing new ways to drive sales using a series of powerful marketing and business development techniques within agreed cost constraints.
We offer a range of payment options including day-rate based contracts, fixed fee contracts or performance related arrangements.
